...some time back. Here is my .02: The TT conversion - been done many times successfully so there is plenty of help/knowledge out there. RHD conversion - better to find a RHD car or weld on a front clip. Rear engine conversion - I see no way to perform this. The Z32 chassis is unibody construction...hacking away underneath to make room for a motor, configuring drivelines, not to mention the atrocious steering, corner balance, handling that will occur afterward is mind boggling. Plus you'll have to figure a way to brace the unibody since you've effectively removed the structural integrity that holds the car together. Better to create a tube frame chassis that can hold the motor in the rear and figure out how to envelope it with a Z32 body. Or just buy a lotus.
